Contact us
Questions, reports, or feedback about Hearfromyou? Here is how to reach us.
1. How to Reach Us
Email is the best way to reach us. You can also find us on social media.
- Email: [email protected]
- TikTok: @hearfromyou.xyz
- Instagram: @hearfromyou.xyz
Because there are no accounts on Hear From You, we cannot look up a cassette by who wrote it. The cassette link is how we find it.
2. Which Route to Use
Pick the option that matches your situation:
| Situation | Best route |
|---|---|
| A cassette is rude, spammy, or breaks the rules | Use the report button on the cassette |
| A cassette exposes your private information, such as a phone number or address | Email us with the cassette link |
| A cassette threatens someone's safety | Email us with the cassette link. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. |
| A cassette uses your name and you want it reviewed | Email us with the cassette link and explain your concern |
| You believe a cassette was blocked, hidden, or removed by mistake | Email us with the cassette link and explain why |
| A cassette infringes your copyright | Email us. See Section 15 of the Terms for what to include |
| A privacy request about your personal data | Email us with a clear subject line. See Section 17 of the Privacy Policy |
| A general question, suggestion, or feedback | Email us or send a message on TikTok or Instagram |
| Music that will not play | Check the FAQ first. Songs can become unavailable on Apple or YouTube, and we cannot restore them |
3. What to Include
To help us act quickly, please include:
- The link to the cassette, if your message is about one
- A short description of the problem and what you would like us to do
- A way to reach you, such as the email address you are writing from
- For copyright complaints, details about the work you say is infringed
Please do not send passwords, ID numbers, or financial details in your message.
4. Response Times
We read every message, but we cannot promise a specific reply time. Reports about private information or safety are looked at first.
Reaching out does not guarantee that a cassette will be hidden or removed. How we handle reports is described in Section 14 of the Terms and Section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Emergencies and Safety
We are not an emergency service and do not monitor messages around the clock. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
If you or someone you know is struggling, please reach out to someone you trust or to local emergency or mental health services. A cassette or an email to us is not a substitute for help.
