Meta & Gemini Services – Used to help review user-submitted content for potential policy violations, maintain platform safety, and support certain platform features. Meta's community standards and Gemini's use policy.

We also leverage Cloudflare’s infrastructure, including Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and Cloudflare Workers for serverless computing, as part of our core security and hosting environment.

6. Public Cassettes

Once a cassette is published on Hear From You, it becomes publicly accessible via a shareable link. Any information included in a published cassette (including the receiver's name, message content, and music selection) may be viewed, shared, and potentially used by others. Published cassettes are permanent and cannot be removed.

7. Data Retention

Published cassettes are retained indefinitely to maintain their permanent nature. Local drafts stored on your device are retained only until you clear your browser data or delete them manually. We retain server logs and usage data for service improvement and security purposes.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data we maintain against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use industry-standard protections, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
