I said something dismissive about your art last month, right when you were nervous about showing it for the first time, and I've thought about it almost every day since. You'd been working on that series for months and I made some offhand comment instead of just saying I was proud of you, which is what I actually felt. I think I was trying to be funny and it landed wrong, and I didn't say anything after because I didn't know how to fix it without making it a bigger deal. It is a big deal though.
